Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

At the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, psychologists and female cadets participated in a special meeting. The event was attended by representatives of the Committee for Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, officers of the rank and file, and female cadets representing all training courses.

An opening discussion highlighted the importance of women in the development of the state and society, as well as ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring gender equality. A special emphasis was given to the broad opportunities created for women in various fields, including within the internal affairs system.

Psychology professionals provided practical recommendations during the event to assist the cadets with their personal and professional development.

In particular, the participants received valuable advice on addressing psychological challenges encountered during studies, stress management methods, maintaining emotional stability, improving resilience and self-control in non-standard situations, and strengthening mental endurance. These insights contributed to enhancing the professional preparedness of female cadets.
