Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan held a meeting to strengthen Border Security Cooperation

Delegations led by deputy ministers of internal affairs, as well as heads of sectoral services and internal affairs departments from border regions attended the event.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of joint measures aimed at preventing crime, including combating extremism, terrorism, illegal migration, drug trafficking, and cybercrime.
An agreement was reached to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, expand information exchange, and enhance the effectiveness of sharing practical experience.
The meeting marked another significant step in the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan law enforcement agencies, contributing to the strengthening of security and stability in the region.
