A comprehensive evaluation has been conducted of recent efforts in the Chortok district of the Namangan region to enhance traffic safety, enhance road infrastructure, and mitigate traffic congestion.
In alignment with the instructions issued during the videoconference held under the guidance of our esteemed head of state on July 9, which addressed the imperative measures for ensuring traffic safety, improving infrastructure, and alleviating traffic jams, comprehensive practical initiatives are underway across all districts within the region.
A dedicated working group, consisting of leaders from the regional Department of Internal Affairs and the National Guard's regional department, recently visited the Chortok district. Their visit aimed to closely examine a collaborative project proposal developed by the Road Safety Department in conjunction with the district administration. This project is designed to address traffic congestion within the district center, facilitate improved conditions for both drivers and citizens, and ultimately enhance overall traffic safety.
During the visit, the working group conducted an on-site assessment to identify challenges and engaged in constructive dialogue with residents and drivers. Their insights, suggestions, and comments were actively welcomed and taken into consideration.
Following these evaluations, specific tasks were assigned to managers responsible for piloting the proposed initiatives and gathering community feedback prior to their full implementation.
