Joint efforts of Uzbekistan and Poland led to extradition of fraud suspect

In a significant development facilitated by collaboration between National Central Bureaus of Interpol in Uzbekistan and Poland, a criminal wanted for large-scale fraud has been successfully detained and extradited.
The National Central Bureau of Interpol in Uzbekistan has extradited an individual wanted for fraudulent activities. Tashkent and Warsaw National Central Bureaus of Interpol collaborated to make this operation possible. The individual, whose arrest was made in Poland under an Interpol Red Notice, is accused by Uzbek law enforcement agencies of committing serious fraudulent offenses.
According to official sources, the suspect had been evading capture within European Union territories until he was located and detained in Poland. The cooperative efforts between the Interpol Bureaus in Tashkent and Warsaw were important to the successful identification and apprehension of this wanted individual.
Following the approval of the extradition request from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the individual was transported back to Uzbekistan to face charges in a criminal court. The extradition process was overseen by Interpol officers and supported by representatives from the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Poland.
