The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has successfully concluded an international training course designed for students from the China University of Public Security. This program, as previously reported, was carefully organized to enhance collaboration between the two esteemed institutions.
Throughout the course, professors and educators from the Academy delivered comprehensive training in critical areas such as public order and security, counter-terrorism, countering extremism, human trafficking, cybercrime, and other pressing threats. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on the effective organization of law enforcement agency operations.
In addition to the core curriculum, university representatives delivered lectures covering the historical context of our nation. These lectures covered our nation’s significant reform initiatives, and the fundamental objectives articulated in our development strategy. The training program also included a variety of cultural and educational activities, as well as excursions to notable locations in our country.
During the closing event, Zhang Zhou, the head of the delegation, addressed the attendees, highlighting the crucial importance of expanding experience-sharing in the current global landscape. "In a short period, we have acquired substantial knowledge. We have engaged in a sincere dialogue with our Uzbek counterparts, exchanging insights into our respective accomplishments. I must emphasize that during my exploration of the Academy’s operations, I observed distinct methodologies. Primarily, the emphasis on harmonizing theoretical knowledge with practical application within the educational framework is extremely valuable. Cadets' patriotic education draws inspiration from the exemplary lives and rich legacies of distinguished scholars. Additionally, to enhance educational quality, a monitoring system for faculty lessons has been instituted, reflecting key characteristics of contemporary education," he stated.
Rustam Khatamov, Head of the Academy, acknowledged that the collaborative programs established on an equal footing are generating significant opportunities for the youth of both nations. He noted that "Cooperation between our educational institutions is evolving consistently. In recent times, we have organized advanced training courses and master classes on relevant topics.
Notably, an effective experiential exchange system has been implemented. In the current era of information technology, understanding innovative approaches and integrating advanced methodologies into practice is of strategic significance.
Thus, it is in our mutual interest to further expand and sustain cooperation in more innovative formats.”
Chen Yu, Counselor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in our country, also addressed the audience, highlighting that the strengthening of multifaceted relations, in accordance with the spirit of this new era, is the culmination of long-term strategic cooperation.
Following the event, certificates were presented to representatives of the university.
