The National Center for Human Rights hosted training sessions for trainees of the Advanced Training Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan

The head of the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, academician Akmal Kholmatovich Saidov, conducted training sessions on the "Human Rights" module of the advanced training course for appointment to the positions of heads and deputies of departments of internal affairs bodies of all levels.
At the "Human Rights House" organized at the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the trainees were fully informed about the content and essence of international UN human rights documents, such as the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights", the "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights", the "International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights", the "Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment", their importance in the professional activities of law enforcement officers, as well as the need for law enforcement officers to know these international documents.
It was also agreed to hold monthly mobile training sessions for the Institute's listeners on the human rights module at the "Human Rights House" organised at the National Centre.
