Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Department for Spiritual-Enlightenment Affairs and Human Resources, Colonel Diyorbek Sattarov, headed the meeting at the Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department.

During the meeting, the activities of regional internal affairs bodies over the first ten months of this year were critically reviewed. Personnel management, service discipline, compliance with the law, and strengthening employees' responsibility and accountability were given particular attention.

The discussion also covered crime and offense prevention, as well as measures to ensure public safety within the framework of the “Safe and Healthy Nation” operational and preventive campaign.

Furthermore, the autumn-winter season preparations were assessed during a visit to the Uychi district. The inspection focused primarily on the activities of the district internal affairs department headquarters, daily work arrangements, preparation of service facilities for the winter season, the condition of heating systems, and the working and living conditions provided for the personnel.

Following the meeting and inspection, specific tasks and instructions were assigned to the responsible officials. This included addressing identified shortcomings, strengthening service discipline and compliance with the law, ensuring uninterrupted operations during the autumn-winter season, and improving operational and preventative measures.
