Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs celebrated October 25 as Internal Affairs Officers Day

A solemn ceremony was held at the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs on October 25 to mark Internal Affairs Officers Day.
During the opening remarks, regional governor Adiz Boboev read President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's congratulatory message to the personnel and veterans of the system and extended his holiday greetings to all those present.
The heads of regional law enforcement agencies addressed the participants with congratulations on the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the internal affairs bodies and wished the employees continued success in their challenging but honorable careers.
During the ceremony, a group of employees received awards from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other ministries and agencies.
A special emphasis was placed on the employees of the regional internal affairs bodies who had been awarded state honors according to a decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Employees honored by the Ministry of Internal Affairs were also ceremoniously presented with special ranks, first-, second- and third-degree “For Impeccable Service” badges, “For Excellent Service” and “Honorary Badge” awards, as well as commemorative wristwatches.
The award ceremony highlighted how the employees' dedicated work and achievements set an example of personal commitment, and every employee deserves recognition.
