The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PR-302 dated August 26, 2026, sets key tasks for training professional personnel with modern knowledge and strong practical skills in public security, as well as for aligning the educational process with the sector’s practical needs.

A working group consisting of specialists from the Department of Public Security and professors and teachers of the University of Public Security was established in order to ensure the effective implementation of the resolution. In the meeting, the priority areas of cooperation were discussed.

A special emphasis was paid to bringing the educational process closer to the practical activities of internal affairs bodies, improving the quality of personnel training in public security, developing curricula based on practical requirements, and establishing regular cooperation between professors and teachers and sector specialists.

Following the meeting, further measures were determined to improve the integration of education, science, and practice, provide professional training for future specialists in accordance with modern needs, and ensure the implementation of assigned tasks through cooperative efforts.
