The “Best Psychologist” competition was held at the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs

The Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs held the “Best Psychologist” competition to further improve the professional knowledge and skills of psychologists serving in internal affairs bodies and promote their best practices.
A total of 12 psychologists from the territorial departments of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department participated in the competition.
Initially, participants were evaluated based on their involvement in developing the field of psychology, awareness-raising activities, the publication of media articles, the publication of news articles, trainings, seminars, conferences, and other public events, as well as their participation in the media.
Additionally, participants' professional skills and creative approaches were evaluated through presentation videos, proposals for developing the field of psychology, and plans for putting these ideas into practice.
Tests and quizzes were conducted at the next stage to assess the participants' professional knowledge. Based on the established criteria, their knowledge and skills were evaluated.
According to the final results, Senior Lieutenant Botirjon Utkurov, Senior Psychologist of the Psychological Support Group of the Public Order Department of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department, took first place.
Captain Sayyora Kodirova, Senior Psychologist of the Psychological Support Group of the Yakkasaray District Internal Affairs Department, took second place. Lieutenant Azizjon Rashidov, Senior Psychologist of the Psychological Support Group of the Yashnobod District Internal Affairs Department, took third place.
The winners were presented with diplomas and souvenirs by the Head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs.
The competition contributed to improving the effectiveness of psychological services in internal affairs bodies, strengthening the professional potential of specialists in the field, and promoting advanced practices.
