Another training course completed at the Advanced Training Institute of the MIA

At the Institute of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the next training course for candidates to become heads of internal affairs departments of all levels, as well as deputy heads of internal affairs departments in districts, cities, and sectors, has been completed.
Additionally, the institute completed training courses to prepare officers for the special ranks of “lieutenant colonel,” “major,” and “senior sergeant.”
During the training sessions, a particular emphasis was placed on improving the participants' professional knowledge and skills, implementing modern approaches in their work, and developing the competencies necessary for effective leadership performance.
Following the completion of the courses, participants' acquired knowledge and skills were assessed according to the established procedure, and the final results were formally recorded.
The training courses contribute to the improvement of the professional training of internal affairs personnel, reinforce the knowledge and skills of candidates for leadership positions, and increase the effectiveness of their work.
