Minister of Internal Affairs of Karakalpakstan set key tasks to prevent crime and ensure public safety

Presidential resolution aimed at further developing the internal affairs system, ensuring peace, tranquility, and strengthening public safety was provided to personnel of internal affairs bodies in Nukus district under the leadership of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
During the meeting, responsible officials received clear and specific instructions on how to prevent crime and offenses, identify and eliminate factors that contribute to their commission at an early stage, and effectively organize preventive measures.
In addition, special attention was paid to maintaining public order in the region, enhancing targeted preventive work with the populace, and taking measures to prevent crimes from occurring.
The employees were reminded that fulfilling the assigned tasks requires a high level of responsibility, initiative, and dedication.
The importance of maintaining a healthy social environment, preventing conflict situations, strengthening prevention efforts with young people, and paying special attention to individuals who are prone to committing offenses was also stressed.
Responsible officials were assigned relevant tasks to improve crime prevention efforts by directing preventive measures to specific areas within neighborhoods, establishing open dialogue with citizens, studying their problems, and finding solutions.
The meeting also outlined tasks to critically assess the effectiveness of measures being taken to maintain a stable criminogenic situation in the region, prevent possible crimes, ensure the safety of citizens, and promptly address identified shortcomings.
