To ensure the successful implementation of Presidential Resolutions No. PR-303 and PR-314, create a safe environment in mahallas, and prevent crimes and offenses at an early stage, studies were conducted in mahallas with a complex criminogenic situation in Karshi city and Kasbi, Chirokchi, and Yakkabag districts of Kashkadarya region, particularly in mahallas classified as “red.”
A thorough analysis of the criminogenic situation in the areas, factors contributing to crimes and offenses, and existing problems was conducted.
Particular emphasis was placed on the need for prevention inspectors to systematically analyze citizens' appeals, identify the reasons behind them, and respond to each appeal with targeted measures.
Furthermore, tasks were set to strengthen individual preventive work with troubled families, unemployed citizens, youth, persons under supervision, and others at risk, as well as to identify and eliminate the causes and conditions contributing to offenses at an early stage.
Clear “road maps” were developed to address existing problems in “red” category mahallas, with responsible persons and mechanisms for implementation identified.
Due to this, responsible officials were given relevant instructions to strengthen cooperation among mahalla councils, prevention inspectors, and heads of internal affairs bodies, establish an open and targeted dialogue with the population, and ensure public safety.
