The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Diyorbek Sattarov, held a meeting to review the work completed over the last eight months in terms of spiritual and enlightenment activities and personnel management, as well as existing deficiencies, problems, and future priorities.
During the meeting, reports from responsible officials were heard, followed by a critical and analytical evaluation of personnel selection and placement, professional training, discipline in service and performance, maintaining a healthy spiritual and psychological environment, and targeted work with young employees.
Also, the causes of negative incidents related to service discipline and legality were analyzed. To prevent such incidents, to address the shortcomings, and to prevent recurrence of similar cases, specific tasks have been identified.
Moreover, particular attention was paid to improving the knowledge and professional competence of students at educational institutions, protecting the health of personnel, and ensuring the provision of quality medical services.
Following the meeting, relevant tasks were assigned to increase the personal responsibility of leaders, strengthen accountability and control, and ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
