On August 30, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Ramazon Ashropov, hosted mobile receptions for the internal affairs bodies.
Heads of relevant services and responsible officials attended the meeting. Citizens' appeals were carefully considered, practical measures identified for addressing them, and legal solutions were found for each issue raised.
Citizens were provided with a convenient format for the mobile reception. Residents of Tashkent city and Tashkent region had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the leadership.
Residents of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions participated via videoconference, allowing them to directly voice their concerns and appeals.
During the reception, 167 appeals were registered. A total of 68, or 41 percent, of these cases were successfully resolved on the spot. The remaining 99 appeals required further consideration, and their resolution was taken under control and referred to the relevant sectoral services.
The use of mobile receptions remains an important tool for establishing an open and effective dialogue between citizens and the government, as well as for identifying citizen concerns and providing timely solutions.
Additionally, such meetings enhance openness and cooperation between internal affairs bodies and citizens.
All regions of the country will continue to host regular mobile receptions.
