The regional qualifying stage of the “Best Prevention Inspector” competition was held in Navoi region.

The competition assessed employees serving in internal affairs bodies based on established criteria, including their physical fitness, combat abilities, psychological stability, and professional skills.

The selection process focused particularly on each candidate's readiness to perform official duties, their ability to respond quickly and appropriately to a variety of situations, as well as their professional skills and practical abilities.

Results were summarized in each category, and a final ranking was determined.

According to the final results, Senior Lieutenant L. Nurmurodov of Khatirchi district took third place, Captain B. Esanov of Nurota district secured second place, while Captain S. Toyirov of Kiziltepa district took honorable first place.

Organizing such competitions regularly enhances the employees' sense of responsibility, encourages self-improvement, increases their professional potential, and improves the quality of their service.
