In connection with the wide celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the main idea, “We will create a new life and future as a single Motherland, a single people!”, law enforcement agencies and other responsible organizations are taking the necessary measures to ensure that festive events are held safely and at a high level, public order is maintained, and citizens’ peace and security are ensured.

In this regard, the head of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs, together with the heads of the National Guard and emergency services, inspected the locations where mass events are planned for Independence Day in Kosonsoy, Yangikurgan, and Chortok districts.

Inspections focused on ensuring public order, maintaining citizen safety, preventing emergency situations, regulating vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and deploying the involved forces and resources in accordance with established procedures.

During the inspection, questions relating to the maintenance of public order, security of citizens, prevention of emergency situations, traffic regulation and pedestrian traffic, and the deployment of the relevant personnel in accordance with the procedure were reviewed. Relevant tasks were assigned to responsible officials to ensure the proper organization and safe conduct of the upcoming events.
