Mass mobile receptions are being conducted by the government officials in order to study the appeals of the citizens and resolve their problems. Specifically, mass mobile receptions were held in Zarafshan city, Tomdi and Uchkuduk districts of the Navoi region, involving law enforcement officials and representatives of the social sector. Azat Tasbayev, head of the regional department of internal affairs, also considered the appeals of citizens from his area of responsibility. The socio-legal problems of the local population were analyzed.
The officials carefully reviewed each complaint, and most of them were resolved on the spot. A legal consultation was provided with respect to some of the appeals, and those appeals were included in a separate list for further consideration.
Such mass mobile receptions play a crucial role in the timely and favorable resolution of the problems troubling the citizens, in finding practical solutions to their complaints, and in increasing their trust in the future.
