A mobile reception was held in order to establish direct and open communication with citizens, identify their pressing problems, and develop practical solutions for them.
First Deputy Head of the Department of Migration and Personalization under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel U.A. Mirzakambarov, hosted the reception. It was emphasized that state bodies are responsible for ensuring the implementation of the priority tasks set by the president in his address to the Oliy Majlis and the people on December 26, 2025.
Additionally, the Head of our State has assigned specific tasks to establish direct and open communication with the population, to analyze in depth the problems citizens face on a daily basis, to resolve outstanding issues on the spot and on a timely basis, and to avoid the use of formal appeals procedures.
During the reception, it was stressed that it is necessary to listen to citizens' appeals relating to the activities of the internal affairs bodies, to carefully consider the opinions and suggestions of the appeals regarding each appeal, to analyze the causes of the appeals and to determine specific and targeted measures to eliminate them.
A direct dialogue was conducted with citizens who came to the reception to discuss their concerns with the first deputy head of the department, and appeals were received regarding issues raised by the population, notably pre-investigation checks, inquiries and preliminary investigations, expert forensic activities, legal statistics and operational accounting data, migration, personalization, and other topics. Specific instructions were given to those responsible for their timely and legal resolution, and their implementation was separately monitored.
A total of 15 appeals were considered from 15 citizens. They concerned citizenship, permanent residence, passports for travel abroad, ID cards, as well as other issues related to migration and personalization and the activities of internal affairs bodies. In detail, 2 of the appeals were related to obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1 for registration of a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan for a foreign citizen, 1 for receiving legal information for a foreign citizen on obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2 for lifting restrictions imposed by various agencies on obtaining a passport for an Uzbek citizen traveling abroad and obtaining a passport for traveling abroad, and 8 for requesting practical assistance in getting an ID card, and 1 for other issues related to internal affairs bodies.
Ten appeals were resolved on the spot. The remaining five, which required additional study, were assigned to responsible officials, with their timely and impartial consideration placed under monitoring.
Relevant tasks were set to analyze citizens’ appeals by region and issue, identify the factors behind existing problems, and take targeted measures to address them.
