Establishing an open, systematic, and effective dialogue with the population is one of the top priorities of the Head of State.
In this regard, internal affairs bodies are continuously working to maintain direct communications with citizens, review their appeals and concerns thoroughly, consider their proposals in accordance with the law, and identify specific measures to address them.
On August 6, Colonel Rustam Mirzaev, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Compliance and Internal Control against Corruption, and Colonel Abduvokhid Ismailov, Head of the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs, held a mobile reception in Karshi.
During the reception, 56 citizens' appeals were considered. The raised issues concerned combating corruption within the internal affairs bodies, service discipline, compliance with legislation, ensuring transparency in service activities, investigation and inquiry processes, employment and reinstatement, road safety, and the protection of citizens' legitimate rights and interests.
Notably, 30 of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot. Appeals requiring additional review were assigned to responsible officials, and their implementation was placed under separate monitoring.
