The work on Human Resources and the Compliance System in the Internal Affairs Bodies has been critically reviewed

In a videoconference meeting hosted by Colonel Diyorbek Sattarov and Colonel Rustam Mirzaev, Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs reviewed the work conducted in the areas of spiritual and enlightenment activities, human resources, compliance, strengthening service discipline and adherence to legislation, as well as the implementation of the "Month of Compliance and Spiritual Culture." The meeting also critically assessed existing shortcomings.
A special emphasis was placed on the preparations for the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The participants reviewed measures for improving and landscaping administrative buildings, service facilities, and the residential quarters of employees.
Additionally, the meeting emphasized the importance of protecting personnel health, enhancing the effectiveness of preventive measures, and addressing priority tasks in this area. Officials responsible for strengthening these efforts were provided with relevant instructions.
During the discussions, the Deputy Ministers shared their recommendations on the agenda items and heard reports from the heads of regional internal affairs bodies.
Concluding the meeting, responsible officials were assigned specific tasks to improve performance in their respective areas, address identified shortcomings, ensure timely and high-quality implementation of assigned responsibilities, and further strengthen service discipline.
