Establishing an open and effective dialogue with the public remains one of the priority tasks set by the Head of State.
To meet this objective, the internal affairs bodies continue to strengthen direct engagement with citizens by carefully considering public appeals and concerns, ensuring the timely processing of applications and proposals in accordance with the law, and taking practical measures to address them.
On July 23, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Compliance and Internal Control Against Corruption, Colonel Rustam Mirzaev, together with Head of the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Department, Major General Tokhir Aripov, held a mobile reception for citizens in Samarkand.
During the reception, 51 appeals were reviewed. The issues raised covered combating corruption within the internal affairs system, service discipline, compliance with the law, transparency in official activities, inquiry and investigation processes, employment and reinstatement, road safety, and the protection of citizens' civil rights and interests.
The reception resulted in the resolution of 21 appeals out of the total received. The remaining cases requiring additional review were assigned to the responsible officials and placed under separate supervision to ensure their timely resolution.
