A reporting meeting was held at the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs to review the results of activities during the first half of 2026. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Ramazon Ashropov, Head of the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Abduvokhid Ismailov, heads of sectoral services, and leaders of city and district internal affairs bodies.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the criminogenic situation in the region over the past six months, crime trends, and the measures implemented to prevent crime.
A critical and analytical discussion of the activities of sectoral services and city and district internal affairs bodies in preventing crime in early stages, efforts to improve the situation in areas where crime is a complex criminogenic environment, and existing shortcomings in crime prevention was conducted. Officials from all city and district internal affairs bodies also participated in the meeting via videoconference.
The meeting comprehensively assessed the work carried out during the first half of the year to prevent crime and offenses, ensure the rule of law, maintain public order, strengthen public safety, and create a safe environment for citizens. Along with the achievements made, identified shortcomings were highlighted, and priority tasks for the second half of the year were outlined.
Following the meeting, responsible officials were instructed to ensure that the decisions of the Head of State would be implemented effectively to create a safe environment in mahallas, strengthen cooperation with the mahalla seven and other law enforcement agencies, and improve the effectiveness of prevention measures.
