The official opening ceremony of the "Women Leaders" professional retraining program was held at the Academy of State Policy and Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The program, organized according to the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aims to prepare women leaders with modern management competencies, strategic thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as increasing their participation in public administration. The event was attended by the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Family and Women, Mukarram Akhmedova.

During the ceremony, speakers highlighted the consistent reforms being implemented in the country to strengthen women's leadership potential and enhance their role in public and social governance.

The program will provide participants with knowledge and practical skills in contemporary management approaches, strategic planning, leadership, effective communication, and advanced international practices. It is expected that these competencies will serve as a strong foundation for their future professional careers.

The speakers also expressed their confidence that graduates of the program would contribute significantly to the development of the New Uzbekistan through their qualified and dedicated leadership qualities.
