International experience improves the personnel training system at the Academy of the MIA

The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to improve its personnel training system by introducing advanced international practices. This creates broader opportunities for students to gain knowledge and experience from leading foreign educational institutions.
Recently, master's students enrolled in the "Organizational-Tactical Management" and "Organizational-Strategic Management" programs completed a study visit to China, where they strengthened their knowledge and practical skills in modern management.
During the visit, interactive training sessions were organized at the China Public Security University, covering topics such as the management of police structures, combating terrorism, extremism, cybercrime, and drug-related crime, coordinating forces and resources during mass events, and applying digital technologies and innovative management models in law enforcement.
Participants also studied the advanced policing practices implemented by the public security departments of Beijing and Shanghai. Program objectives included ensuring public security, analyzing crime trends, detecting crimes promptly, improving pre-trial procedural efficiency, and applying modern technology and artificial intelligence effectively. In addition, the students discussed current developments in these areas with Chinese experts.
At the closing ceremony, Vice President of the China Public Security University Liu Dong Hua emphasized that the memorandum of cooperation plays an essential role in enhancing the exchange of experience, enhancing the professional skills of personnel, and strengthening friendly relations between the two countries by strengthening the memorandum of cooperation. Afterwards, certificates were presented to the participants.
