The Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department continues to organize regular training sessions and workshops in order to enhance the professional skills, service readiness, and practical knowledge of internal affairs personnel to meet modern requirements.
As part of these efforts, another training session was held at the Public Order Department under the leadership of the head of the Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department. The session was attended by the department's leadership, heads of sectoral services, prevention inspectors from city and district internal affairs departments, as well as patrol and road patrol officers.
Training participants were provided with detailed guidance on ensuring compliance with the principles of legality and service discipline, maintaining professional conduct when dealing with citizens, and ensuring that current laws and regulatory requirements are consistently applied.
Additionally, the session covered the proper preparation of procedural documents according to legal requirements, the prevention of common error, and the adoption of a unified approach to law enforcement.
A specially prepared training film was shown to participants as part of the practical program, demonstrating the appropriate and lawful response to various situations encountered during service, including the correct sequence of procedural actions and practical examples.
