A working group led by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Colonel Diorbek Sattarov reviewed service activities in Kashkadarya region as part of the "Compliance and Spiritual Culture Month" being held by all internal affairs bodies.
During the visit, a mobile reception was held for citizens, where 45 appeals were considered. 26 of these cases were resolved on the spot, while the applicants received legal advice and explanations. The remaining 19 appeals, which required further review, were forwarded to the relevant authorities for implementation and placed under supervision until they could be resolved. Additionally, the Deputy Minister presented identity cards to young people who had reached the age of 16 and were receiving their first identification documents during the event.
The working group also visited the "Yulduzcha" preschool educational institution under the regional Department of Internal Affairs. A number of recommendations have been made to improve the educational process, including promoting national values, introducing modern teaching methods and international experience, improving the qualifications of teaching staff, strengthening the institution's technical and material resources, and sharing best practices among preschool institutions within the system.
Moreover, the group reviewed the process for receiving citizens' appeals, the operation of the duty station, the use of digital communication tools, and the service and sports facilities available to Road Safety Department employees.
Following the visit, responsible officials were given specific tasks and practical instructions to address the identified shortcomings, expand the use of best practices across the system, strengthen service discipline and efficiency, and ensure the effective implementation of the objectives set under the current monthly program.
