The leadership of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs regularly holds personal and mobile receptions to maximize the efficiency of working with citizens' appeals, better understand public concerns, and ensure their timely resolution.
Another mobile reception was held in the "Dashtbag" mahalla of Namangan city, where 15 citizens presented appeals regarding a variety of issues. Each case was carefully reviewed, and the concerns raised by the applicants were thoroughly analyzed.
At the reception, appeals were processed in accordance with established procedures, and citizens were provided with legal explanations in response to their appeals.
For appeals requiring further review, specific instructions were given to the heads of the relevant sectoral services, and their implementation was placed under special supervision.
