The head of the Road Safety Service of the Public Security Department reviewed road infrastructure projects in Tashkent

The Head of the Road Safety Service of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan conducted a field inspection of road construction and reconstruction projects in Tashkent to assess measures aimed at improving road infrastructure and creating safer and more convenient conditions for road users.
During the visit, the progress of construction work on the "Uch kahramon" bypass was reviewed. The reconstruction project planned for the section between the "Uch kahramon" bypass and the intersection of "THAY" and "Boghishamol" streets was also reviewed.
The inspection also covered construction work underway at the intersection of "THAY" and "Izza" streets.
The discussion focused on ways to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, enhance pedestrian safety, and create more convenient conditions for all road users.
After the inspection, specific instructions were given to the heads of responsible organizations and relevant officials to address the identified deficiencies immediately, ensure the construction work is completed according to established standards, and minimize any inconvenience for road users during the implementation of the projects based on the findings of the inspection. Additionally, relevant proposals and recommendations were presented.
