Six-Month Performance in Human Resources was reviewed

Colonel Diyorbek Sattarov and Colonel Rustam Mirzaev, Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs, held a videoconference meeting.
The meeting reviewed the work undertaken by the internal affairs bodies in the first half of the year, including strengthening service discipline and legality, personnel management, physical and combat training, and medical support. Critical evaluation of the results achieved and an assessment of the effectiveness of ongoing activities was conducted.
The videoconference brought together leaders of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, all regions, Tashkent, as well as district and city internal affairs departments and sectoral services. A report of the work carried out in the regions was presented, existing shortcomings were thoroughly examined, and specific tasks were assigned to address those deficiencies.
Additionally, the meeting examined the results of activities in the areas of spiritual and enlightenment affairs and human resources during the first six months of the year. To improve the effectiveness of these activities, priority tasks for the second half of the year were identified, and relevant instructions were provided.
The meeting declared July the "Month of Compliance and Spiritual Culture." As part of the approved program, the ministry's responsible leaders will visit the regions throughout the month to conduct organizational, practical, spiritual, and enlightenment activities in order to strengthen the culture of compliance and service discipline within the regions.
