An internal affairs training program for leaders of the spiritual and enlightenment affairs and human resources service has begun in accordance with the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
The opening event was attended by the Head of the Ministry’s Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs Service, Lieutenant Colonel Sahipjamal Djoldasova, and participants of the training program.
The training program has been organized to enhance the professional competencies and managerial skills of leaders, improve the effectiveness of psychological services, and promote the exchange of advanced practices.
As part of the program, participants will participate in training sessions and practical activities covering topics such as emotional intelligence, leadership, stress management, teamwork, and service discipline. In addition, positive experiences obtained in different regions will be discussed.
The multi-day training program is intended to further strengthen the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of participants.
