On June 11, a ceremony was held to recognize and reward employees of the internal affairs bodies who demonstrated courage, professionalism, and dedication while participating in an emergency operation aimed at stopping the unlawful actions of a driver of the Cobalt car whose behavior posed a serious threat to the lives and safety of citizens. The situation was brought under control through the prompt and coordinated actions of law enforcement officers, preventing potentially serious consequences.
In accordance with the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Major Shukhratjon Norkulov of the Department of Security at Transport and Tourism Facilities, and Lieutenant Colonel Farrukh Mirzaev and Major Bekzod Kirgizbaev of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs, were awarded the “For Excellent Service” breastplate in recognition of their distinguished performance of duty.
In addition, Senior Lieutenant Sherali Saidakhmatov and Senior Sergeant Anvar Abdullayev, employees of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs, were presented with commemorative wristwatches from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The awards were presented in a solemn ceremony attended by the leadership and personnel of the respective units.
This award was a recognition of employees' loyalty to their duty, professional skills and dedication.
