The ministry's leadership's visits to the regions and direct communication with the population are of particular importance in resolving issues that have been troubling the people. Citizens have the opportunity to convey their problems directly to responsible leaders with the assistance of such mobile receptions, thereby helping to resolve issues in a timely and fair manner.
As part of these efforts, a mobile public reception was held in Namangan region under the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A reception for citizens was held in the administrative building of the Namangan regional Internal Affairs Department. The appeals related to crime prevention, probation, road safety and other areas of internal affairs bodies' activities were discussed in detail during the event.
Several appeals concerned civil law matters, while many citizens submitted proposals to enhance road infrastructure, improve preventive measures, and improve efforts to combat fraud and the illegal trafficking of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and their analogues. The participants also made recommendations concerning the prevention of offenses committed by minors and young people as well as promoting a safer social environment.
The reception resulted in the positive resolution of a number of appeals on the spot. Citizens received practical assistance and immediate responses to issues that could be resolved without delay. Additionally, six appeals received comprehensive legal explanations and consultations. Nine appeals requiring further examination were accepted for additional review. Responsible officials were assigned to each case, and clear instructions were issued to ensure their timely and lawful resolution.
