Every appeal reflects the concerns, aspirations, and expectations of a citizen and, therefore, deserves careful consideration. A number of issues were addressed directly during the reception, while others required further investigation were assigned to responsible officials with clear instructions and strict deadlines.

By engaging in direct dialogue and open dialogue, the bridge of trust between the population and the government is further strengthened. A system that listens to the concerns of the people and seeks to resolve their problems can ensure peace, security, and justice in a society.
