The Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs held a meeting dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of investigative work.
It brought together heads of city and district internal affairs departments as well as leadership and personnel from the Investigation Department and its territorial divisions.
A critical and analytical discussion was held during the meeting regarding the conduct of investigative actions on criminal cases under investigation by investigators according to the Criminal Procedure Code, timely consideration of citizens' appeals, lawful decisions concerning criminal complaints and reports, and strict adherence to service discipline and legality.
Following the discussion, relevant tasks were assigned to the responsible officials to improve the quality of the investigation, eliminate existing deficiencies, and organize cases in accordance with the law.
