A second training program for professors, instructors, and cadets of the Academy was organized in Beijing as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the two institutions.
Leading experts and faculty members from the Chinese university conducted lectures and practical sessions during the program. Participants gained an understanding of China's national and foreign policy priorities, development strategies, police system structure and operation, and current approaches to ensuring public safety and combating crime. A particular focus was placed on emerging threats to regional stability and security, as well as measures for preventing and countering cybercrime.
During the visit, the Academy’s delegation also toured a number of leading law enforcement and educational institutions. These institutions included the Public Security University and its Tuanhe Campus, the Haidian Law Enforcement Center, and the Tianjin Public Security Bureau. These visits provided participants with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with advanced practices, modern technologies, and innovative approaches used in law enforcement activities and professional training.
The program included educational and cultural events for young people from Uzbekistan and China. Moreover, these activities served to enhance friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries, while also promoting their cultural heritage, national values, and customs.
The delegation also participated in the International Police Forum hosted by the Public Security University, where experts and representatives from different countries discussed contemporary challenges in combating cybercrime. The forum served as a valuable platform for exchanging experiences, sharing perspectives, and exploring new avenues for international cooperation in addressing digital security threats.
