A festive event dedicated to International Children's Day was held at the Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors under the Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city.

The celebration brought together the Representative of the Oliy Majlis for Children’s Rights (Children’s Ombudsman), Surayo Rakhmonova, representatives of the Crime Prevention Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, officials from partner organizations, and invited guests.

In the beginning of the event, participants were provided with an overview of the Center's activities and the comprehensive support provided to children. Information was presented on the medical, social, legal, educational, cultural, and sports services available, as well as the conditions created to ensure the well-being and development of children receiving assistance at the institution.

Performances by artists who visited the Center to share joy with the children further enhanced the festive atmosphere. Various musical performances, songs, and stage productions created memorable moments and brought smiles to the faces of the young participants.

During the celebrations, guests presented gifts to the children and engaged with them in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The event served as another expression of care, attention, and support for children, while promoting their social well-being and positive development.

As part of the program, a number of employees who have made a significant contribution to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of children, providing social, legal, educational, and medical assistance, and performing their professional duties with dedication were recognized for their contributions. By the “Vatan” Charity Fund, they were presented with commemorative badges.

The event highlighted the importance of safeguarding children's rights and reaffirmed the commitment of state institutions and public organizations to promoting a supportive and caring environment for children.
