An expanded meeting dedicated to strengthening public safety, maintaining social stability, and improving the effectiveness of measures aimed at creating a secure living environment for citizens was held at the building of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
In addition to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, district governors, heads of ministries and agencies, and law enforcement officials attended the event.
During the meeting, participants discussed the progress made in implementing the tasks set by the head of state to ensure a safe and stable environment for the population.
A special focus was placed on strengthening the collaboration between state institutions, preventing crimes, enhancing public security, and ensuring peace and stability in communities.
The introduction of modern management approaches to Nukus was a key topic of discussion. Participants identified priority measures aimed at developing digital governance mechanisms, improving public services and creating a safer and more comfortable living environment for residents based on successful practices implemented in the Chilanzar and Mirzo Ulugbek districts of Tashkent.
Special emphasis was placed on the integration of information systems operating across various sectors. Officials noted that establishing effective interaction between digital platforms is essential for accelerating information exchange, improving the quality and efficiency of management decisions, and ensuring the prompt consideration of citizens’ appeals.
Additionally, the meeting addressed issues related to the enhanced training of law enforcement personnel, strengthening the discipline of the service, and adapting operational activities to meet the demands of modern society.
Participants emphasized that the successful implementation of ongoing reforms in the areas of public security, crime prevention, and improving citizens’ well-being depends on close cooperation, coordination, and a high sense of responsibility among all state bodies and organizations.
Following the meeting, responsible officials were assigned specific tasks to ensure the effective implementation of the discussed measures, and systematized oversight of their implementation was emphasized.
