The Ministry of Internal Affairs leadership reviewed safety measures for summer recreation for children

It remains a priority for the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the holiday season to assure meaningful summer recreational opportunities for children, ensure their safety, and maintain public order on public transportation facilities.
As part of these efforts, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General Bakhodir Mirzarakhimov conducted a working inspection of the measures being implemented to ensure the safe arrival of children at summer camps, including the organization of reception processes at railway stations and the security arrangements in place along transportation routes.
As part of the visit, particular attention was paid to the activities of internal affairs officers in railway transport facilities, which included guiding organized groups of children safely, maintaining public order at railway stations, and adhering to transport safety regulations.
The Deputy Minister reviewed the existing conditions and instructed responsible officials to enhance the organization of receiving children arriving at camps and assuring their safe transportation to recreational facilities. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening preventive measures and enhancing cooperation with relevant organizations involved in the summer recreation program.
Following the inspection, railway transport internal affairs personnel received specific instructions intended to reinforce service discipline, increase individual responsibility for the safety of children, and consistently implement measures for preventing emergencies and ensuring uninterrupted security.
Internal affairs officers serving at railway transportation facilities will continue to provide comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of children and maintain a secure and peaceful environment at recreational camps throughout the summer season.
