A common goal was emphasized in the coordination activities of the two structures - ensuring the rule of law, strengthening discipline, and maintaining security within penal institutions. Additionally, speakers highlighted that the wide-ranging reforms implemented in recent years, along with modern approaches and improved working conditions, are significantly contributing to efficiency and quality of service.
As part of the meeting, views and practical suggestions were exchanged regarding enhancing operational effectiveness in penal institutions, improving the approach to working with convicts, reinforcing security measures, and improving combat readiness and moral-professional training for the workforce. Following the meeting, special tactical training exercises were conducted via videoconference at Penal Colony No. 1 of the Sixth Regional Sector in order to further enhance combat readiness.
