A seminar training was held with the participation of heads of specialized services of the MIA, dedicated to improving the professional skills of protection units personnel, properly organizing work in the field of administrative practice, effectively using modern information systems, and enhancing activities aimed at maintaining public order.
During the session, organized under the leadership of the Head of the Department of Protection, K.A. Shodibekov, issues related to improving the professional skills of protection personnel, properly organizing administrative practice, effectively using modern information systems in the course of service, and further enhancing activities aimed at maintaining public order were discussed.
As noted during the seminar, the professional training of personnel, the level of legal knowledge, practical skills, and service discipline are of great importance for the effective fulfillment of the tasks assigned to security units. Particular emphasis was placed on the need for every employee to be able to correctly assess situations and act in accordance with legal requirements, especially when ensuring public safety, preventing offenses, and maintaining public order.
During the seminar, heads of specialized services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also delivered speeches and provided explanations on the systematic organization of service activities, maintaining administrative practice documents in compliance with legislative requirements, compiling summarized results of completed work, and analyzing the current situation based on these results.
In addition, special attention was paid to the broad use of modern information systems to improve service efficiency, ensure оперативе data exchange, and organize analytical and supervisory work through digital solutions. It was emphasized that the full and purposeful use of existing capabilities contributes to carrying out activities in the field according to a clear and structured plan.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of ensuring legality, impartiality, and responsibility in administrative practice, further improving the culture of communication with citizens, and systematically continuing training and practical sessions aimed at enhancing the professional potential of employees.
At the conclusion of the event, K.A. Shodibekov gave relevant instructions to responsible leaders regarding the effective organization of service in protection units, continuous analysis of ongoing work in specialized areas, the development of concrete measures based on summarized results, and the improvement of the professional skills of personnel.
