Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General Bakhodir Yuldoshevich Mirzarakhimov, held another personal reception for citizens of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The reception was organized as part of ongoing efforts to maintain an open dialogue with the population, study citizens’ concerns directly at the local level, and ensure timely solutions to pressing issues. During the meeting, residents raised a number of social, legal, household and employment-related matters, as well as shared their proposals and opinions regarding the activities of internal affairs bodies.

Major General Mirzarakhimov carefully reviewed each appeal and provided responsible officials and sectoral leaders with relevant instructions to ensure their lawful and timely resolution. Several issues were resolved during the reception on the spot, while appeals requiring additional study were placed under strict supervision.

It was emphasized during the event that protecting the rights and interests of citizens, listening to public concerns and strengthening direct communication with the population remain among the key priorities of state bodies.

Such personal receptions play a significant role in strengthening public trust in government institutions, timely addressing local issues and enhancing the effectiveness of the interaction between the population and internal affairs bodies.
