The Opening Ceremony of the "CAVA U18 Volleyball Championship" was held in Tashkent

The international CAVA U18 Volleyball Championship officially started today with a grand opening ceremony held at the Olympic Complex in Tashkent.
The prestigious tournament has brought together talented young athletes from across the region. The girls’ competition features the national teams of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, while the boys’ category includes teams from Uzbekistan-2, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Colonel Rustam Mirzayev, Deputy Minister of Sports Avazjon Karimov, Deputy Chairman of the Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation Jamshid Fayziyev, Secretary General of the Federation Farkhod Alimov, and Deputy Chairman of the Kazakhstan Volleyball Federation Arman Kabesov.
The championship atmosphere was marked from the very beginning by a strong sporting spirit, determination, and intense competition between the competing teams.
The tournament matches will be held at the Olympic complex until May 17.
