A meeting dedicated to improving the probation service activities was held at the Advanced Training Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Azamat Urokov, Deputy Head of the Public Security Department and Head of the Probation Department, attended the event and engaged in an open dialogue with probation officers.
The discussion focused particularly on strengthening professional skills, improving the organization of service activities, and enhancing the effectiveness of working with probationers.
It was emphasized that the mission of the probation system extends beyond supervision. Reintegrating individuals into society, guiding them toward positive changes, and preventing reoffending remain key priorities.
Also, participants were encouraged to take an active and responsible approach to their professional development by participating fully in training programs and continuing to enhance their skills and knowledge.
