Digital Transformation in Internal Affairs Bodies gaining momentum

Digitalization processes within the system of internal affairs bodies are continuing to advance, with modern management approaches and innovative solutions being actively introduced to enhance efficiency and service quality.
As part of these efforts, Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General Aziz Tashpulatov, reviewed a presentation by responsible officials at the Security Service building under the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs.
A demonstration of newly developed modules of the Digital Security Platform was presented during the presentation. These included solutions aimed at placing residential and commercial facilities under reliable protection, expanding digital services for the population, and strengthening public safety through modern technologies.
The participants were also introduced to the activities of the "Security Office" service center, which was created to promote various security services in high-traffic areas. The center provides citizens with comprehensive information about available services, contributing to broader accessibility and improved service delivery.
The event provided a detailed overview of ongoing digitalization processes within the system. Particularly, newly implemented information systems, software solutions designed to minimize human errors in public services, advanced video surveillance networks, and automated monitoring and control platforms were demonstrated.
After the presentation, officials were assigned specific tasks to increase the use of digital technologies, increase the availability of online services, improve service efficiency, and digitalize key areas such as personnel selection, professional training, and employee motivation.
