A critical meeting was held under the leadership of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Lieutenant General Aziz Tashpulatov. The meeting focused on ensuring legality, strengthening service discipline, and improving personnel management effectiveness within the system.
The meeting brought together responsible officials from the Department of Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs and Human Resources, as well as the Main Department of Internal Security.
During the meeting, participants analysed the current state of the personnel management. They paid particular attention to preventing corruption, eliminating violations of service discipline, and addressing existing shortcomings in this area.
Responsible officials presented reports, and it was stressed that any actions in conflict with official duties, including corruption and violations of law, must be confronted with a firm and uncompromising stance. In addition, the importance of every manager recognising and maintaining their personal responsibility was also stressed.
Following the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to relevant managers, and strict controls were implemented to ensure that all directives were implemented in a timely and effective manner.
