As part of the nationwide implementation of the "Safe City" concept, new measures are being introduced to further digitize public safety processes, including automated photo and video recording systems.
In this regard, the traditional service for delivering administrative protocols (traffic fines) in paper form will be suspended. The initiative aims to reduce the human factor in the delivery of decisions on traffic violations, enhance transparency and reliability, and create greater convenience for citizens.
Under the new system, a trial version of decisions imposing fines along with all attached materials will be sent electronically through the following platforms:
- Public Services Portal — my.gov.uz (MyGov mobile application)
- SafeRoad mobile application
- Road24 mobile application
- Unified Interactive Public Services mobile application (MIB)
- Hamroh mobile application
Once a decision is formalized, an SMS notification will be sent from short number 6079.
If an SMS notification is not received, citizens are advised to visit the my.gov.uz portal and register their mobile phone number. After registration, all future notifications will be sent automatically.
These digital services are free and unlimited. No additional registration or document submission is required. The citizens will have the opportunity to review all case materials concurrently with the issuance of the decision and pay the fine within the timeframes established by law.
The introduction of these digital mechanisms represents another important step toward modernizing public services and ensuring greater transparency and efficiency in road safety.
