Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Press Service of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs organized a training seminar for press service officers serving within the Road Safety units of the regional Public Security Service.

This seminar aimed to enhance the skills required for delivering timely, accurate, and reliable information, as well as develop a unified and effective information policy.

During the training, participants discussed a number of important topics, including:

• Effective cooperation with the mass media and management of social media platforms;
• Communication culture and standards during crisis situations;
• The role of creativity in information work and practical approaches to applying it;
• Creating of modern media content using artificial intelligence technologies.

Additionally, practical recommendations were provided on how to ensure openness and transparency in information activities and to strengthen public trust through professional and responsible communication.

Following the seminar, participants exchanged experiences, shared best practices, and presented proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of information services across the region.
