The Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent Region, in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies, is actively engaged in ongoing preventive efforts to combat illegal pyrotechnic trafficking.
As part of the quick preventive initiative "Safe and Healthy Country," authorities identified a case in the Yangiyul district involving homemade pyrotechnics. During a search of an apartment belonging to a resident (U.A.), born in 2010, in the "Pakhta" mahalla, officers identified and documented 110 homemade pyrotechnic devices of various sizes and shapes.
Investigations revealed that these devices were crafted independently with the intent to sell them.
Additionally, during operations in the Tashkent district, police discovered that the driver of a Gentra vehicle stored loud pyrotechnic devices in the trunk of his car.
In both instances, appropriate legal actions were taken, and pyrotechnic devices were confiscated to ensure public safety.
