The meeting focused particularly on strengthening service discipline and ensuring strict compliance with legislation. A comprehensive discussion was held regarding issues related to the prevention of negative manifestations within the service, including the timely identification and elimination of factors contributing to corruption-related offenses.

It was emphasized that managers at all levels must adopt an individual approach when supervising subordinate personnel, taking into account their professional performance, socio-family circumstances, and moral and psychological condition. The responsibility of each leader for the actions and conduct of their subordinates was underscored as a key principle of effective management.

The meeting noted that 93 various negative incidents involving employees had been recorded over the past ten months, leading to the dismissal of 10 employees from the internal affairs bodies. In addition, service inspections were initiated against 13 employees whose misconduct had been identified.

The meeting also outlined a range of measures aimed at accelerating positive reforms within the internal affairs system. These measures included transforming it into a people-oriented and professional structure, as well as further enhancing personnel combat readiness, physical fitness, and professional knowledge.
